Cape Luxury Accommodation is an independent rental agency based in Cape Town. We work closely with every premium property management company and estate agencies as well as directly with owners of such properties.

We are constantly updating our portfolio of 4 and 5 star accredited guest houses, hotels, apartments and villas to give you the most up to date choice of accommodation for your visit.

We can assist in tailoring your entire vacation in any way you require. Whether travelling alone on business or with large group our staff is committed to finding you a solution.

Although a new venture in itself, we have a combined experience of many years of the Cape Town tourist industry. We dedicated to giving our customers an excellent service, whether we are catering for a short business trip for an individual, or a family arriving for a longer relaxing holiday.

Cape Luxury Accommodation aims to be exactly as the name suggests. We deal only with Cape Town and South Africa's finest accommodation. We have worked hard to make sure that we offer a collection of the finest hotels, villas and guest houses to offer our clients, to make sure that they have an truly unforgettable experience during their time here. We are proud of our connections in Cape Town and are very confident in our ability to satisfy any requirements our clients may have including arranging luxury car hire, a concierge service, daily excursions, organising child care, arranging evening entertainment or any other service you may require.

The main people who make up Cape Luxury Accommodation and who are based in Cape Town are:

Scott Austen:

Born in England, Scott is part of a management consultancy RM Project Management based in Knightsbridge, London. As well as a prestige car dealership in London, the company has a large property interest in South Africa, including several projects in and around Cape Town.

Scott moved to Cape Town in 2005 to become more directly involved in these developements and has been based there ever since.

Having met Jennifer in 2006, the idea for Cape Luxury Accommodation became his newest and most exciting project to date in South Africa and using the experience gained in the property market in South Africa, together with Jennifer's in-depth knowledge and experience of the tourist rental market, Cape Luxury Accommodation came together.

Jennifer Swienty:

Born in Germany, Jennifer worked for many years in the music industry as a booker for many top recording artists, often taking care of her clients travel and accommodation requirements.

She has travelled extensively as a result and in 2002 her travels took her to Cape Town which she quickly made her home. She initially worked for a radio station for a short while before switching to the ever growing property rental industry and worked for one of the cities most established luxury property rental companies, handling rentals for many wealthy clients including people in the film, music and fashion industry.

With several years experience at the top level, in 2006 it became the natural step to branch out on her own, and the idea for Cape Luxury Accommodation was born. After much hard work the website finally went live in 2007.

Natacha Byrnes:

Natacha is the only born and bred South African in the team. Originally from Durban, Natacha started her working career in the modelling industry. This quickly meant a shift to Cape Town, South Africa's, and arguably Africa's, modelling capital in 2000.

As well as modelling, Natcha has worked as a PA for many of the top model agencies in Cape Town sourcing accommodation for the many models from all over the world that flood into Cape Town during the summer season.

Natacha continues to work alongside one of South Africa's largest and most successful hotel chains which has given her an excellent understanding of the tourist market, not just in Cape Town but throughout South Africa.

Germany

Birgit Hinsken:

Like Jennifer Birgit has had many years in the European music industry. A field she continues to work in today. She has a broad experience and her roles have included PA, booker and Project Manager for promotions.

Birgit and Jennifer have worked together in the past and following several visits to Cape Town, it was agreed Birgit would be our German based representative.

Birgit has helped with the marketing of Cape Luxury Accommodation in Germany.

She has also served as the contact for any German clients who have made a booking with us. It is always more comforting for clients to know that they have someone in their own country who is there to help with any queries they may have prior to their trip.

England

Director: Greg Cox:
Greg is the managing director of RM Project Management Based in Knightsbridge, London. As a consultancy, RM Project Management has had a very diverse involvement in several businesses ranging from property developement to pharmaceuticals. The flagship for the company has been the prestige car showroom, Hudsons of London. They have specialised in luxury motor vehicles and served as an agent for several of the elite car manufacturers including Ferrari, Lambourghini and Pagani. Greg lived in Cape Town in 2004 and it was during this time he established a property portfolio which has proved very successful with the sharp rise in South African property over the last 5 years. RM Project Management is currently in partnership with one of Cape Towns largest developement companies and are in the middle of building two luxury apartment complexes on Cape Town's exclusive Atlantic Seaboard. Like birgit in Germany, Greg acts as the contact for any of our UK clients.
