CB 107 - 7 Bedroom Villa in Camps Bay

CB 107 is an exquisite property. It has been recently renovated and much care has been taken to ensure that each bedroom benefits from access to the garden, access to balconies and the sea view.

The property is built over two levels; the upper level consists of a large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen area which all opens up on to a large outdoor terrace (also with its own dining table and chairs). However the quality of this apartment is comparable to the rest of the house, so it is by no means staff accommodation.

Possibly the best feature of the property is the outdoor space. The upper level has a large wraparound balcony looking down onto the garden and pool below. This is an ideal area to enjoy leisurely summer lunches or relaxing sundowners as children play in the garden below.

The garden, although not big considering the size of the house, offers plenty of space to runaround. The pool is also not overly large, but it is large enough to swim lengths.

Another wonderful feature is the Swedish sauna, which offers the perfect remedy to a stressful day of shopping or sightseeing!

Arrival & Departure:

Standard Check-in time is between 14h00 and 18h00 on the day of arrival.

Check-out time is 10h00 on the day of departure.

We have an early or late check in fee of R200.00 for arrivals between 19h00 and 07h00.  This fee should be settled directly with the consultant on arrival.

Cancellation:

Any booking cancelled more than three months prior to arrival date pays no cancellation fee.

Bookings cancelled between 90 and 60 days of arrival date pay a 25% cancellation fee.

Bookings cancelled between 60 and 30 days of arrival date pay a 50% cancellation fee.

Bookings cancelled less than 30 days from arrival date pay a 100% cancellation fee.

Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to relet the room.A refund will only be considered if the booking is cancelled 3 weeks prior to your date of arrival and subject to the condition that we are able to re-let the entire period of your confirmed reservation.

We advise all clients to take out cancellation insurance.
